I have been working with Maple Leaf Landscaping and Maintenance for the past several years. I have my own home in a subdivision that has a pool and a park. I also own a home in a subdivision that all the yard maintenance is done. Andy is in charge of both of these and has done an exceptional job. He is on time and if there is some extra work to be done, he is always willing to help. His fees are reasonable and if he can’t do it, he will get someone for you. He also does yard maintenance for my son and his family. We trust him and believe that if you want a good landscaping partner this is the one to use. I have worked with Andy as a homeowner since 2009 and more recently as a HOA board member. As a homeowner, I worked with him to install the irrigation system and sod in my backyard. It started out as a DIY project, but I did not have the time to do it all. He was very open to doing the parts of the project I did not have time for, recommended options to save money on irrigation parts, and suggested what I can do to prepare the area for the sod to help establish a healthy lawn. With his suggestions and help the backyard has turned out great, establish a healthy lawn.
When the developer handed over the HOA to the board in 2012, Maple Leaf had already been doing the open space landscape maintenance. We found Maple Leaf’s pricing to be very competitive and they were willing to modify their services based on our requests and needs. Andy has done a great job of maintaining our open space vegetation, and the open space irrigation system. They quickly answer questions and also quickly address “out of scope” issues, while being very conscience of costs.
